经脐单孔多通道腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的初步体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔多通道腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的初步应用体会。方法:2009年8月为1例右输尿管上段结石患者施行经脐单孔多通道腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术。结果:手术顺利完成,手术时间102min,术中出血50ml,未增加另外的手术通道,术后3d出院。结论:经脐单孔多通道腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术安全、有效,术后无明显手术瘢痕,美容效果好,临床应用前景良好。Objective：To briefly discuss the preliminary application and experience of single-port multiple-channel transumbilical laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods：The transumbilical single-port multiple-channel laparoscopic ureterolithotomy was performed on a patient with calculi in the right upper ureter in Aug.2009.Results：The operation was performed successfully in 102min with the blood loss of 50ml.No assistant Trocar was used and the patient was discharged 3 days postoperatively.Conclusions：This new method is a safe and effective procedure with advantages of less trauma and more cosmetic benefit,and is of a fine clinical applicational prospect.
