摘　　要：目的探讨颅内外动脉搭桥结合金属夹慢性阻断术治疗颈内动脉巨大动脉瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析7例应用颅内外动脉搭桥结合金属夹慢性阻断术治疗颈内动脉巨大动脉瘤的结果和随访资料。结果术后造影示移植的血管通畅、动脉瘤不显影,术后症状缓解或消失,无远期并发症发生。结论颅内外动脉搭桥结合金属夹慢性阻断术是治疗颈内动脉巨大动脉瘤的一种安全有效的方法 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of extracranial-intracranial bypass plus chronic internal carotid artery occlusion by metal clips in the treatment of a huge aneurysm.Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of carotid artery giant aneurysm subject to extracranial-intracranial bypass plus chronic internal carotid artery occlusion by metal clips and the follow-up outcome were retrospectively analyzed.Results Postoperative angiography showed graft patency of arterial aneurysm without imaging.Symptoms were relieved or disappeared after operation,and there were no long-term complications.Conclusion Extracranial-intracranial bypass plus chronic internal carotid artery occlusion by metal clips is a safe and effective method for internal carotid artery giant aneurysm.
