高血压410例临床症状分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨高血压的临床症状。方法：回顾分析2007-2009年我院收治的410例高血压患者临床资料。结果：头晕为最常见症状,有356例,高达86.8%;头痛196例（占47.8%）,失眠164例（占40.0%）,头胀91例（占22.2%）,耳鸣66例（占16.1%）,夜尿增多53例（占12.9%）,记忆力下降60例（占14.6%）,视力下降50例（占12.2%）,上肢麻木38例（占9.3%）,颈僵13例（占3.2%）。无症状11例（占2.7%）,有症状者共399例（占97.3%）。结论：绝大多数高血压患者均有临床症状,无症状者很少见。Objective：To investigate the clinical symptoms of hypertension.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 2007～2009 in our hospital admitted 410 cases of clinical data of patients with essential hypertension.Results：In 410 cases of the most common symptoms of dizziness,there are 356 cases,up to 86.8%;headache,insomnia is very common,as high as 47.8% and 40%;stretching of the more common,91 cases,accounting for 22.2%;the 66 cases of tinnitus occurs,accounting for 16.1%;nocturnal increase in 53 cases,accounting for 12.9%; 60 cases of memory decline,accounting for 14.6%;50 cases of vision loss,accounting for 12.2%;upper limb numbness occurred in 38 cases,accounting for 9.3%;13 cases of stiff neck occur,accounting for 3.2%.Only 11 cases of asymptomatic 2.7%,with a total of nearly 400 cases with symptoms accounted for 97.3%.Conclusion：The vast majority of hypertensive patients have clinical symptoms,asymptomatic persons is rare,blood pressure index is an important basis for diagnosis of hypertension,especially those who are asymptomatic is more important.
