摘 要:采用搅拌铸造法制备了碳纳米管(CNTs)增强AZ91D镁基复合材料,对复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,对其显微组织进行观察和分析,并利用扫描电子显微镜对断口形貌进行了表征.结果表明:增强相CNTs使复合材料的晶粒细化,镀镍处理后的CNTs与基体有很好的相容性.与基体合金相比,当CNTs体积分数<1.0%时,复合材料的弹性模量和抗拉强度都随CNTs加入量的增加而升高,当CNTs体积分数>1.0%时,由于CNTs的分散性降低,使得复合材料弹性模量的增幅减小、抗拉强度降低.AZ91D alloy composites reinforced by CNTs were fabricated by using stir casting process.The mechanical properties,fractographs and microstructures of the composites were characterized by a universal material tester,an optical microscope and SEM.The results showed that CNTs could refine the grains of the composites,and good consistency existed between nickel-plated CNTs and the matrix.Compared with the matrix alloy,both the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the composite rose gradually with the increase of CNTs as the volume fraction of CNTs was smaller than 1.0%.When the volume fraction of CNTs was higher than 1.0 %,the tensile strength of the composite was reduced with increased CNTs and the amplification of the elastic modulus became unconspicuous owing to the decline of the CNTs dispersion.
