补肾化浊胶囊对庆大霉素诱发大鼠急性肾损害作用的实验观察

摘  要:目的探讨补肾化浊胶囊对庆大霉素(GM)致大鼠肾脏损伤时肾功能变化以及血、尿中相关指标的影响。方法给药2ld后,采用大剂量注射GM致大鼠急性肾损伤模型,同时给予补肾化浊胶囊高、低剂量混悬液灌胃。治疗7d,观察4组血肌酐(Cr),尿素氮(BUN、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)的变化;另观察4组尿蛋白、葡萄糖、酮体的变化及肾组织的病理改变。结果补肾化浊胶囊高、低剂量组血清中Cr、BUN、TP和ALB含量较模型组同指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿中尿蛋白、葡萄糖、酮体含量较模型组同指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。补肾化浊胶囊高、低剂量组的相同指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾化浊胶囊对GM诱发大鼠急性肾损伤有显著保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Bushenhuazhuo capsule on the changes of renal function and related factors in blood and urine in acute kidney injury of rats caused by gentamicin (GM). Methods After 21-day administration, the acute kidney injury model of rats was induced by high-dose gentamicin injection, meanwhile the rats were given high-dose or low-dose Bushenhuazhuo capsule by gastric garage. After 7-day treatment, the changes of creatinine (Cr) , blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) , total protein (TP) and albumin ( ALB ) , urine protein, glucose, ketones and pathological changes were detected and observed. Results There were significant differences in the levels of creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total protein(TP) and albumin ( ALB), urine protein, glucose, ketone levels between Bushenhuazhuo capsule group and model group ( P 〈 0.05 or 〈 0.01 ). However there were no significant differences in these parameters between Bushenhuazhuo capsule group and control group ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Bushenhuazhuo capsule has a significant protective effect on gentamicin-induced acute kidney injury in rats.
