摘  要:研究预变形及时效过程对Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金的力学性能、导电性能及组织结构的影响。结果表明:Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金具有较强的时效强化效应;经70%预冷变形+(450℃,4h)时效处理,Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金获得最佳的综合性能,此时其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到405和339MPa,伸长率为11%,电导率为95%IACS。合金的力学与导电性能主要由时效过程中过饱和固溶原子的析出、基体的回复与再结晶控制,其中析出相对合金的力学性能与导电性能有最重要的影响。The effects of pre-deformation and aging treatment on mechanical and conductive properties and microstructure of alloy were studied.The results show that the Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr alloy has better aging strengthening effects.The Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr alloy that was pre-deformed with 70% deformation and aged at 450 ℃ for 4 h has the best comprehensive properties with tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and electrical conductivity of 405 MPa,339 MPa,11% and 95%IACS,respectively.Those mechanical and conductive properties are controlled by the precipitation of supersaturated solid solution atoms,recovery of matrix and recrystallization in the aging.Moreover,the precipitation is the most important factor.
