摘  要:以2份耐盐性不同的大麦品种为材料,比较NaCl处理种子萌发后的根、茎、叶生长量和过氧化酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)以及脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化。结果表明:1.5%NaCl胁迫严重抑制供试品种种子萌发后的生长量以及POD和SOD活性,"花11"受抑程度明显小于"花30","花11"的脯氨酸含量提高幅度小于"花30"。0.5%NaCl浸种预处理提高了"花30"在1.5%NaCl胁迫下的生长量、POD和SOD活性,脯氨酸含量下降;降低了"花11"的生长量和POD活性,SOD活性显著提高,脯氨酸含量明显上升。"Hua 30" and "Hua 11", two barley cultivars with different salt tolerances, were used as test materials,and the seed soaking treatments with 0 and 0.5% NaCl and the NaCI stress treatments with 0 and 1.5% NaCl were conducted in order to investigate the effects of NaCl treatments on the growth of barley after seed germination. The results showed that the growth quantity and the peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were significantly inhibited under 1.5% NaCI stress,and "Hua 11" was obviously less than "Hua 30" in the inhibition degree; The proline content increased in this treatment,and "Hua 11" was less than "Hua 30" in the increment. The seed soaking pretreatment with 0. 5% NaC1 improved the growth quantity and POD and SOD activities but decreased the proline content of "Hua 30" under 1. 5% NaCl stress treatment, and decreased the growth quantity and POD activity but significantly improved the SOD activity and proline content of "Hua 11" under 1.5% NaCl stress treatment.
