摘  要:研究了15个不同类型的ERM菌株对云锦杜鹃幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:供试菌株均能侵染幼苗根系,侵染率为33%~72%;云锦杜鹃对ERM菌根的依赖性较强,所有供试菌株对接种幼苗的生长均表现为积极的正效应,12个菌株接种苗干重显著高于对照,且不同菌株接种苗生长量差异明显。The inoculations with 15 various ericoid mycorrhizal fungal strains were tested in order to study their mycorrhizal effects on the growth of Rhododendron fortunei seedlings. The results showed that all the fungal strains could infect the seedling rootage and the infection rate was 33% 72% ;The dependence of R. fortunei on the ERM mycorrhizae was relatively high,and all the tested fungal strains had a positive effect on the seedling growth; The seedlings inoculated with the various strains were obviously different in growth quantity,and those inoculated with the 12 various strains were significantly greater in dry weight than the control seedlings.
