摘 要:以^(60)Co-γ为辐射源,采用剂量率为100 Gy/h的不同剂量(50~250 Gy)对矛叶锦葵、木槿和海滨木槿的干种子进行照射,将辐射后的种子进行播种,调查其发芽和幼苗生长状况。结果表明:辐照对3个树种的影响程度不同,辐射剂量小于200 Gy和50 Gy时分别对矛叶锦葵和木槿幼苗成活有促进作用,反之则有抑制作用。所有辐照处理对海滨木槿幼苗均有抑制作用。3个树种对辐照的敏感程度以海滨木槿最敏感,其次是木槿,最不敏感的是矛叶锦葵。经计算得出:木槿和海滨木槿诱变育种的适宜辐照剂量分别为128.2 Gy和104.7 Gy,而矛叶锦葵的适宜剂量大于250 Gy。The seeds of Hibiscus syriacus, Hibiscus hamabo and Pavonia hastata were irradiated by^60Co-γ ray at different doses(50-250 Gy)of 100 Gy/h dose rate and then sown in order to investigate the effects of ^60Co-γ ray irradiation on their seed germination and seedling growth. The results indicated that the effects of irradiation on the above 3 tree species' seeds were different. The irradiation could promote P. hastata and H. syriacus seedlings at doses of less than 200 Gy and 50 Gy,respectively,but inhibit them at greater doses. All the irradiation treatments had an inhibiting effect on H. hamabo seedlings. Among the 3 species H. hamabo was the greatest in radiation sensitivity and P. hastata the least. The putative radiation dose suitable to mutation breeding was 128.2 Gy for H. syriacus, 104.7 Gy for H. hamabo and above 250 Gy for P. hastata.
