Effects of applied urea rate on the growth and nitrate accumulation of Brassica chinensis in soilless culture with organic substrate

摘  要:采用立架式苗床基质栽培方式,研究了不同尿素施用量和施用时间对青菜生长、产量以及硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:生长前期施1.5%浓度尿素溶液的青菜叶片数、叶长、叶宽和单株鲜重明显高于施1%浓度尿素溶液的处理,并且前期施肥的青菜生长情况好于后期施肥的处理。施肥晚和施肥浓度高的青菜硝酸盐含量高。Brassica chinensis seedlings were planted on organic substrate of a seedling bed covered with fly net in order to study the effects of urea application rate and time on the growth, yield and nitrate content of B. chinensis. The results indicated that the leaf number, leaf length and width, and fresh plant weight of B. chinensis poured with 1.5 % urea solution at the early growth stage were sig- nificantly larger than those of B. chinensis poured with 1% urea solution. The growth of B. chinensis poured with urea at the early growth stage was better than that poured with urea at the late growth stage. The nitrate content of B. chinensis was high when the urea application time was late and the urea application rate was high.
