利多卡因喷涂剂在急性皮肤损伤中的镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察利多卡因喷涂剂在急性皮肤损伤中的镇痛效果。方法:2009年6月～2009年8月收治急性皮肤损伤患者96例,观察患者在清创去污、伤口冲洗(犬伤)、消毒、包扎前使用利多卡因喷涂剂的镇痛效果。结果:96例患者中显效12例(12.5%);有效81例(84.4%);一般3例(3.1%);无效0例。结论:在急性皮肤损伤时清创去污、伤口冲洗(犬伤)、消毒、包扎前使用利多卡因喷涂剂,可有效地降低疼痛感。objective：to observe the analgesic effect of Lidocaine lotion on acute skin injury.Method：Total 96 cases of patients with acute skin inury visited our hospital from June to August,2009 were observed the analgesic effect of Lidocaine lotion before and after debridment,wound-washing（dog-bitten wound）,intoxication and bindup.Result：Among the 96 cases,12 were significantly effective（12.5%）,81 were effective（84.4%）,3 were slightly effective（3.1%） and 0 ineffective.Conclusion：It is effectve to relieve pain when Lidocaine lotion is applied to debridment,wound-washing（dog-bitten wound）,intoxication and bindup in acute skin injury.
