宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗剖宫产术后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速有效治疗剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法:将2007年1月～2009年1月剖宫产术后2小时内总出血量超过400ml或术毕阴道流血量单次超过100～200ml的41例患者作为治疗组,并采用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗;同时将同期剖宫产同样出血量的40例作为对照组,采用宫缩剂、钙剂及止血药等联合治疗。比较两组治疗后的出血量、血止时间、2小时及24小时内出血量。结果:治疗组较对照组治疗后,出血量明显减少,止血时间缩短,产后出血的发生率及出血量大于1000ml的发生率也明显减少,治疗有效率达100%。结论:宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗剖宫产术后出血止血时间短、迅速可靠、成功率高、容易掌握,患者易接受,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the most costeffective treatment for the most rapid method of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods：the caesarean section in our hospital within 2 hours the amount of bleeding over 400ml or the amount of vaginal bleeding surgery completed a single readings of over 100-200ml of 41 patients with cervical clamp pliers clip cervical treatment,since January 2007 to January 2009,while,at the same time 40 patients who the amount of bleeding over the same period in cesarean section has been a compare group,using contractions agent,calcium,dexamethasone,and hemostatic and so combination therapy in the control groups after treatment amount of bleeding,compare with two grops blood quantity and the hematischesis time,within 2h ours and 24h our bleeding volume.Results：The amount of bleeding treatment group much less than the other,bleeding time was significantly shorter,theincidence of post partumhe morrh age and the amount of bleeding over1000mlisreducedthe incidence,treatment efficiency was 100%.Conclusion：The cervical clamp cervical clamp treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section is the shortest time to stop bleeding,the most fast and reliable,high success rate,easy to grasp and easy for the majority of patients received worthy to be popularized.
