综合性中医医院消毒灭菌效果的监测与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院临床科室消毒灭菌效果,及时发现问题,分析原因,为控制医院感染提供可靠依据。方法:对全院临床科室的消毒灭菌效果进行抽样监测。结果:2009年使用中的消毒液和高压蒸汽灭菌合格率100%,空气消毒合格率99.36%,物体表面消毒合格率98.14%,医护人员手消毒合格率92.89%。结论:应加强医院消毒灭菌效果的监测,特别是医务人员手卫生的监测,利用监测资料,及时发现医院感染的各个不弱环节并及时整改,降低医院感染的发生率。Objective：to provide reliable evidence for preventing and controlling nosocomial infection,the evaluation of the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization in hospital＇s clinical departments should be proceeded in a timely manner.Methods：samples of disinfection in each clinical departments of the hospital should be connected.Results：the qualified rate of in-use disinfectant fluids and high pressure steam was 100%,and for the disinfection state of air,the object surface and the hands of medical personnel were 99.36%,98.14% and 92.89% respectively.Conclusions the monitoring of disinfection and sterilization effect should be enhanced,especially that of the hand hygiene of health care workers.By utilizing the monitoring data,the loopholes and weaknesses of the disinfection and sterilization in the hospital can be discovered timely and the accidents can be prevented in time with immediate corrective actions,which could greatly cut down the occurring rate of the hospital infections.
