多功能治疗仪与洁悠神联合应用治疗初产妇会阴侧切口疼痛及水肿的体会

摘　　要：目的:观察多功能治疗仪和洁悠神联合运用对初产妇会阴侧切伤口疼痛及水肿缓解作用。方法:治疗组39例,采用多功能治疗仪和洁悠神用于会阴侧切口护理;对照组38例,常规会阴侧切口护理。比较两组产妇产后24小时和48小时切口疼痛和会阴水肿情况。结果:治疗组会阴侧切口疼痛程度及水肿情况均显著低于对照组。结论:多功能治疗仪和洁悠神联合运用能有效减轻产妇会阴侧切口疼痛及局部水肿。Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of multifunctional treatment instrument and Jieyoushen consperge.Methods：Multifunctional treatment instrument and Jieyoushen consperge were applied to the lateral episiotomy cislon of 39 primpara in the study group and usual cares were applied to the 38 cases of the control group.Theache grade of the incision and perineum edema were compared at 24 hours and 48 hours time point after delivery respectively between the two groups.Results：Theache grade and perineum edema extent of the study group were lower than the control group significanthy.Conclusion：The lateral episiotomy incision ache grade and perineum edema could be dramatically relieved by using multifunctional treatment instrument and Jieyoushen consperge.
