姜黄素对人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究姜黄素对体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用,探索防治青光眼手术区滤过泡纤维瘢痕化的新途径。方法用0～80μg/ml姜黄素作用体外培养的人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞,观察24～96h后不同浓度姜黄素对人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的影响。CCK-8法检测细胞生长活性。结果在0～80μg/ml浓度作用24～96h范围内,姜黄素可以抑制人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的增长,且呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论姜黄素可抑制体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖。Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on proliferation of human Tenon capsule fi- broblast in vitro. Methods The CCK-8 method was used to assay the activity of human Tenon capsule fibroblast at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after treated with 10, 20, 40, 80 μg/ml curcumin in vitro. Results The activity of human Tenon capsule fibroblast at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after treated with 10, 20, 40, 80μg/ml curcu- min was inhibited significantly compared with the control and it was dose-dependent and time-dependent. Conclusion The proliferation of human Tenon eapsule fibroblast was inhibited significantly by curcumin.
