摘　　要：目的了解门诊输液室护士的职业风险特点,更有效地进行输液室护士的职业防护管理,预防职业风险的发生。方法通过全面分析门诊输液室护士的职业风险感染途径,制订相应的管理措施。结果提高了输液室护士对职业风险管理的认识及依从性,使各项管理制度与措施得以顺利实施,降低了职业风险的发生。结论对重点部门实行个性化管理是控制职业风险、保证医疗安全的有效方法。Objective To explore the occupational risk factors for the staffs work in infusion clinic. Make it more effective to manage the precaution for the nurses who work in infusion clinic. Methods Though the way of analyze the occupational rick in nursing of infusion, formulate the corresponding management meas- ures to ensure the medical salty. Results Improved the occupational risk management knowledge of the clinie nurses, and staffs comply with those management. Occupational risk was controlled by many kinds of manage- ment measures. Conclusion Managing special departments individually are safe and effective methods for eon- trolling occupational risk in nursing of infusion.
