摘　　要：炼铁工艺高炉上料主皮带系统控制过程,控制系统的软硬件设置及工作原理,现场各项保护装置的实际效果,以及在生产现场中的运行实践,整个系统结构简单、稳定性高,运行成本低,最大程度满足了高炉冶炼时对原料的高负荷需求,同时保证了整个系统运行安全可靠。Main material of blast furnace ironmaking technology belt system control process, control system hardware and software setup and working principle, on-site practical effect of the protection device, as well as production sites in operation in practice, the whole system of simple structure, high stability, operation low cost, and meet the raw material when the blast furnace smelting of high load demand, while ensuring safe and reliable operation of the whole system.
