摘  要:[目的]研究盐酸氨溴索剂量对于海水淹溺肺水肿大鼠肺泡表面活性物质的影响。[方法]将40只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为8组,对照组为正常大鼠,实验7组盐酸氨溴索的剂量分别为0、1、4、8、12、16、20 mg/kg,各组均在海水淹溺后4 h采取标本。测定肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中总磷脂(TPL)和饱和磷脂酰胆碱(DSPC)的变化。[结果]8组大鼠淹溺4 h后均存活;与对照组相比,盐酸氨溴索治疗组肺泡灌洗液中的TPL,DSPC的含量随盐酸氨溴索剂量增加而显著增加,P<0.05。在用药剂量为12 mg/kg时,二者与正常对照组相似。[结论]使用盐酸氨溴索可提高海水淹溺大鼠的肺泡表面活性物质量。[Objective] To investigate the influence of various-dose ambroxol hydrochloride to pulmonary surfactant of rat with lung edema induced by sea water.[Methods] Forty male rats were randomized 8 groups(n=5): normal control group and other 7 experimental groups,different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride: 0 mg/kg,1 mg/kg,4 mg/kg,8 mg/kg,12 mg/kg,16 mg/kg,20 mg/kg.The animals were terminated at 4 h after drowned by sea water to determine the change of total phospholipids,saturated phosphatidylcholine and suffactant protein A in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid.[Results] All animals were living for 4 h after drowned by sea water.The density of the total phospholipids and saturated phosphatidylcholine were increasing with increasing dose of ambroxol hydrochloride in experimental groups(P0.05).The density of the total phospholipids and saturated phosphatidylcholine in 12 mg/kg group were similar with those of normal group.[Conclusion] Ambroxol hydrochloride could protect lung injury through raiseing the density of pulmonary surfactant in rat model drowned by sea water.
