摘  要:根据2008年春季对东海产卵场及邻近水域的33个大面站位的调查,对春季东海产卵场及邻近水域的浮游植物群落进行了研究。通过Utermohl方法对调查区样品的初步分析,共鉴定浮游植物4门66属155种(不包括未定名种),硅藻占主要优势,甲藻在物种组成上也占有重要的地位。浮游植物生态类型主要以温带近岸种为主,少数为暖水种和大洋种,主要的优势种为具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrum dentatum)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costaturn)、锥状斯比藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)。调查区浮游植物的细胞丰度介于0.311~22273.15×10^3cell/L,平均为266.36×10^3 cell/L。在表层水体,浮游植物细胞丰度由近岸向外海逐渐降低,在长江口门附近存在高值区,杭州湾南部存在另一个次高值区;在垂直方向上,细胞丰度随着深度的增加而降低,高值存在表层。调查水域表层的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Pielou均匀度指数的分布基本一致,在调查区域长江口门附近和杭州湾南部的多样性水平较低。Based on the data from the survey at the 33 stations in the spawning area and its adjacent area of the east China Sea in spring 2008, the samples are preliminarily analyzed by means of the Utermohl method to study the phytoplankto community. Totally 155 species (without the unidentified taxa) in 66 generas of 4 phylums are identified. Diatom are dominant. Dinoflagellates are important in the species composition. The most of the phytoplankton ecotypes belong to the temperate coastal species, and little to the warm- water species and oceanic species. The dominant species are Prorocentrum dentatum, Skeletonema costa- turn, Scrippsiella trochoidea and Paralia sulcata. In the survey area, the cell abundance of phytoplankton ranges from0.311×10^3 to 22 273.150×10^3 cell/L, with an average of 266.360X103 eell/L. The cell abundance becomes reduced from the inshore to the offshore, with the peak values around the mouth of the Changjiang River estuary, and the secondly peak values in the south of the Hangzhou Bay. Vertically, the phytoplankton cell abundance becomes the highest at the surface and reduced with the increase of the water-layer depth. The distribution of the Shannon-Wiener diversity index is almost coincident with that of the Pielou evenness index in the surface water. The diversity is less significant in the mouth of the Changjiang River estuary and the south of the Hangzhou Bay.
