初产妇活跃期应用杜冷丁对产程及新生儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨初产妇进入活跃期后即应用杜冷丁对产程及新生儿的影响.方法将160例单活胎、头位初产妇随机分为实验组、对照组,每组各80例.实验组进入活跃期后给予杜冷丁100mg肌肉注射,对照组不做任何特殊处理.观察活跃期的时间、产后出血及新生儿窒息的情况.结果与对照组相比实验组活跃期明显缩短(P<0.01);两组产后出血量、新生儿窒息情况比较差异无统计学意义.结论进入活跃期后应用杜冷丁可以加速产程进展、缩短产程,但不会增加产后出血及新生儿窒息的发生率.Objective To investigate the effect of Dolantin used in the active phase on stages of labor and Newborns. Methods 160 single live births and head delivery primiparas were randomly divided into experi-mental group（n=80） and control group（n=80） .Dolantin was applied to primiparas by intramuscular injec-tion in the experimental group during the active phase,and no special treatment was used in the control group. Duration of active period,postpartum hemorrhage and the cases of neonatal asphyxia were observed.Result Compared to control group,the duration of active period of primiparas in experimental group was significantly shortened（P0.01） ,but there was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage and the cases of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups.Conclusion Using Dolantin in the active phase can speed up and shorten the birth process,and doesn’t increase the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.
