腔静脉滤网对SLE深静脉血栓接触溶栓术后预防肺栓塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)引导下置入腔静脉滤网对系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE))合并深静脉血栓血管内接触溶栓术后肺栓塞(pulmonaryembolism,PE)的预防作用.方法 11例SLE合并下肢深静脉血栓形成患者在数字减影血管造影引导下行下腔静脉滤网置入术后立即行下肢深静脉血管内接触溶栓,并观察肺栓塞的发生情况.结果 11例手术均获得成功,随访12个月,均无肺栓塞发生.结论下腔静脉滤网置入是一种简便、安全的措施,可有效预防SLE下肢静脉血栓血管内接触溶栓术后肺栓塞的发生.Objective To investigate the digital subtraction angiography-guided vena cava filter placement for prevention of pulmonary embolism after intravascula thrombolysis therapy for deep vein thrombosis with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods During January 2005 ～ February 2008,11 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs received the digital subtraction angiography-guided vena cava filter placement and then were given immediately intravascula thrombolysis therapy. The occurrence of pulmonary embolism after intravascula thrombolysis therapy was observed.Result All patients were operated successfully and followed up for 12 months,and no pulmonary embolism occurred.Conclusion Vena cava filter placement is a simple and safety measure to prevent effectively pulmonary embolism after intravascula thrombolysis therapy for deep vein thrombosis with systemic lupus erythematosus.
