摘　　要：介绍了拟建中的世界第一高混凝土面板堆石坝——清江水布垭工程的简况，并侧重介绍了工程建设过程中重视科研和重视科研成果应用的经验，同时提出了有待深入研究的工程问题。A brief situation on the Shuibuya Project's high concrcte faced rockfill dam which is the first in the world and the experienees employing research results in the project construction are introduced ,meanwhile,some engineering problems needed to be studied further are presented .
