摘  要:目的研究川芎嗪对痴呆小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法对APPswe/PSΔE9双转基因小鼠在3月龄开始食物中连续给川芎嗪(100 mg/kg.d)进行治疗,停药后立即进行水迷宫实验,并与未给药APPswe/PSΔE9双转基因小鼠和及野生鼠进行比较。结果治疗组与APPswe/PSΔE9双转基因组比较,平台寻找潜伏期缩短,穿过原平台区的频次增加。结论川芎嗪能改善APPswe/PSΔE9痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective To evaluate the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine on the ability of learning and memory in APPswe /PSΔE9 double-transgenic mice.Methods the transgenic mice were administrated from 12 weeks old by mixing up the tetramethylpyrazine with food and the normal food was used as placebo control and the wild type mice was used as normal mice control.The administration was last for 4 weeks and the daily uptake was 100 mg /kg.d.Learning and memory ability was evaluated by Morris water maze for 5 days after drug withdraw.Results Compared with the control group,the latency for plat searching shortened and the frequency of crossing the platform in Morris water maze increased.Conclusions TMPZ treatment can improve the learning and memory ability of APPswe /PSΔE9 double-transgenic mice.
