摘 要:目的:研究胚胎期小鼠皮肤表面与羊水接触神经末梢发育规律,探讨其与羊水的相互关系。方法:分别取胚胎12,13,14,15,16,17d小鼠,冰冻切片,行神经特异性标记物NF免疫组织化学染色,在光镜下观察皮肤表面神经末梢的分布情况并摄片。为了阐明胚胎期小鼠皮肤神经末梢是否与羊水接触,将荧光金在体注射到胚胎羊水中,切片后用荧光显微镜观察神经元被标记情况。结果:胚胎期小鼠表皮表面存在有大量的神经末梢,以胚胎第15d最多。在胚胎的背根神经节,神经根及腹背侧灰质中均发现有明显的荧光标记。结论:胚胎期小鼠皮肤神经末梢与羊水有一定的接触关系,胚胎皮肤神经末梢可以感知羊水成分的变化或者向羊水中释放某些物质,但羊水成分中何种物质对于周围神经生长起作用的具体机制尚需进一步研究。Objective: To investigate the regular pattern of the development of embryonic mouse skin nerve endings that to contact with amniotic fluid and to identify whether there are some relationships between such endings and the amniotic fluid. Methods: To get frozen sections of embryonic mouse from 12 to 17 days old, respectively and then give a staining of neuron specific marker neurofilament with immunohistochemical technique. Then to observe the distribution of the nerve endings innervated on the skin surface with light microscope and take photos of such endings. Fluorogold was also injected into the amniotic fluid to trace the origin of exserted nerving endings. Then frozen sections of Fluorogold traced embryonic mouse were made to observe Fluorogold labeled neurons. Results: There are considerable nerve endings innervated on the surface of the embyonic mouse skin and it is most evident of 15-day-old embryo. Fluorogold labelled neurons can be seen at the dorsal root ganglion (DRG), nerve root and the ventrodorsal grey matter. Conclusion: Embryonic mouse skin innervations maybe exsert out of the skin surface and have connections with the amniotic fluid. It is very possible that amniotic fluid plays some important roles in the growth of embryonic mouse peripheral nerveous system or the embryonic mouse skin nerve endings which extent to the amniotic fluid can identify the changes of the amniotic fluid, but the mechanisms how they react to each other is need to be further studied.
