急性坏死性胰腺炎时清洁肠道的意义

摘　　要：为防治急性坏死性胰腺炎的肠道细菌易位感染，对收治的２１例患者入院后即行每日常规盐水碘伏液清洗灌肠术，发现死亡率，感染率及手术率均下降，表明该清洁肠道方法能有效预防肠道的细菌易位所致的继发感染，降低患者的死亡率。To preventing and treating translocation infection of intestinal bacteria in acute necrotic pancreatitis,we do routine saline Iodophor abluent enema every day to 21 patients after admission.We find mortality,infectability,operability decrease.It indicates the method can prevent adoptive infection caused by intestinal bacterial transposition effectively,decrease mortality of patients.
