摘  要:利用高温超导薄膜制作的高温超导滤波器同时具备极低插损和陡峭带外截止特性,但对电路加工工艺要求很高.为了便于采用常规光刻工艺加工交叉线高温超导自均衡线性相位滤波器,本文采用一种特殊结构的多曲折线谐振器.结合自拟的线性相位滤波器耦合矩阵在35.1mm×6.6mm、具有极低表面电阻、厚度为0.5mm、介电常数为23.5和LaAlO3作为衬底的微带线YBCO/LaAlO3/YBCO双面高温超导薄膜上设计并制作了八级高温超导小型化交叉线自均衡线性相位微带线滤波器,在77K时测得其中心频率为2513.5MHz,带宽为15MHz,群时延起伏<15ns的有效带宽占通带的70%以上。As one of the most important devices,HTSC filters are wildly used in mobile communications and satellite communications for their high-selectivity,low loss,small volume,light weight,and the property to be easily integrated with other microwave solid circuits.A novel resonator which can be fabricated with normal photolithography technology for HTSC linear-phase filter with group delay self-equalization is studied.A filter is designed to have a 15 MHz pass band at a center frequency of 2513.5 MHz.The filter exhibits a quasi-elliptic function response implemented with a cascaded quadruplet coupling structure.On YBCO/LaAlO3/YBCO substrate with the dimension of 35.1 mm×6.6 mm,a miniature eight-pole HTSC bandpass filter with this novel resonator is developed.The height of the substrate is 0.5 mm and the dielectric constant is 23.5.Measured responses are presented to demonstrate the validity of the design as well as the potential of the filter.At 77 K,the group delay variation is less than 15 ns over 70% of the filter bandwidth.
