论热证伏贴——对《“冬病夏治穴位贴敷”疗法临床应用指导意见(草案)》的商榷

摘　　要：针对《"冬病夏治穴位贴敷"疗法临床应用指导意见(草案)》(简称《指导意见》)所释放出的信息:"冬病夏治穴位贴敷"适用于虚寒性疾病的防治,不适用于"热证"性疾病的防治,笔者以《内经》的基本理论"春夏养阳""天人相应"为依据,结合临床实践,从"冬病夏治穴位贴敷"的目的、"养阳"的内涵、"热证"伏贴的理论基础及理论依据等方面,论证了"热证"伏贴的可行性和必要性。阐明了"寒凉药"穴位伏贴的内涵以及热证冬病夏治穴位贴敷的临床意义。同时,对《指导意见》提出了不同的看法和期望,旨在进一步完善该疗法。The information of Guidelines on Clinical Application of Acupoint Sticking Therapy Treating Winter Diseases in Summer suggests that acupoint sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer is refer to deftciency-cold diseases and is not applicable to heal syndrome. According to the basic theories ＂maintaining yang in spring and summer＂ ＂correspondence between man and universe＂ in Internal Classic and combining the elinieal practice, the authors then demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of dog-days sticking for treatment of heat syndrome, and expound the connotation of aeupoint sticking with cold-natured or cool-natured herbal drugs and the elinicat significance of dog-days sticking for treatment of heat syndrome. At the same nine, the different opinion and expectation is put forward to further improve this therapy.
