液氮冷冻联合口服伊曲康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨液氮冷冻联合口服伊曲康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊的临床疗效。方法治疗组117例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者的炎性皮疹采用液氮冷冻进行治疗,同时内服伊曲康唑200mg/d、外用酮康唑洗剂;对照组108例单纯口服伊曲康唑200mg/d、外用酮康唑洗剂治疗。结果治疗组在治疗第2周后痊愈59例(50.43%),显效27例(23.08%),有效率为73.50%;对照组痊愈13例(12.04%),显效21例(19.44%),有效率为31.48%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论加用液氮冷冻疗法治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎能有效地缩短治疗时间,减少药物副作用,控制复发。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of iquid nitrogen in treatment of Malassezia folliculitis. Methods One hundred and seventeen patients in treatment group were treated with liquid nitrogen and take itraconazole orally 200mg per day, topical application of ketoconazole lotion. One hundred and eight patients in control group used the same scheme except liquid nitrogen topically. Results Fifty-nine cases （50.43%） were complete remission, 27 cases （23.08%） were excellent, and the total effective rate was 73.50% of the liquid nitrogen group after 2 weeks. And in the control group, 13 cases （12.04%）were complete remission, 21 cases （19.44%）were excellent, and the total effective rate was 31.48%. There was remarkable statistical difference （ P = 0.000） in the two groups. Conclusions Liquid Nitrogen treatment of Malassezia folliculitis can effectively shorten the treatment time and reduce the drug side effects and control the recurrence, which is worthy to be popularized.
