摘　　要：黑素细胞移植是治疗稳定期白癜风的主要外科技术,影响该技术成功与否的关键是细胞悬液能否在移植床部位顺利定植。组织工程膜是可以携带种子细胞、药物等物质的支架材料,在临床的很多方向已经得到广泛的应用。将组织工程化膜引入黑素细胞移植领域,利用膜自身的三维结构为黑素细胞在移植床上的黏附、生长、增殖提供良好的支持,将提高自体黑素细胞移植的疗效。Autologous melanocyte transplantation is the major surgical technology to stable vitiligo, the key to success of the technology is the situation of cell suspension transplanted on transplant bed. Because biofilm is a scaffold that can carry those things such as seed cells drug and has a wide range of applications in many of the clinical directions, thus we may take advantage of biofilm in the autologous melanocyte transplantation. The three-dimensional structure of the biofilm can provide a good support to the melanocyte cells on adhesion, growth and proliferation in the transplant bed. it will enhance the melanocytes effect of autologous melanocyte transplantation.
