摘  要:采用粉末冶金方法制备了碳纳米管增强铜基复合材料(CNT/Cu),碳纳米管的体积分数分别为0%、5%、10%、12%和15%,在HST100载流摩擦磨损试验机上考察了有无电流2种状态下复合材料的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:有电流条件下的摩擦系数和磨损率均比无电流条件下大,且表面磨损严重;载流条件下,随碳纳米管体积分数的增加,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率均降低,主导磨损形式由电气磨损逐渐过渡到黏着磨损.碳纳米管在复合材料中起到增强、减摩的作用.Carbon nanotubes reinforced copper matrix composites(CNT/Cu)containing 0,5,10,12,and 15%(v/v)CNTs were prepared by powder metallurgy.Friction and wear properties of the composites with and without electrical current were investigated on a HST100 pin-on-disk friction and wear tester.The results showed that the friction coefficient and wear rate of composites with electrical current were higher than that without electric current,and the surface were worn severely.The friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites decreased with increasing the carbon nanotube content and the dominant wear mechanisms were electrical erosion and abrasive wear separately.The CNTs can improve the friction and wear properties of the composites with electric current.
