维持性血透患者透析相关心律失常的原因分析及防治

摘　　要：目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者在透析期间发生心律失常的原因及防治办法。方法:收集92例维持性血透患者,分析在血液透析中心律失常发生情况及其原因。结果:在92例中共血液透析3468例次,出现心律失常636例次,发生率18.34%,心律失常类型以室性早搏、房性早搏和心房纤颤多见。初步发现伴有年龄偏大、透后低血钾、每次超滤脱水量≥3kg、贫血、有基础心脏疾患等因素的透析相关心律失常的发生率较高。结论:透析相关心律失常发生与患者基础心脏疾患、透后低血钾、年龄、超滤量和贫血等多种因素有关。若能积极纠正诱发透析相关心律失常的危险因素,可以避免或减少透析相关心律失常的发生。Objective：To investigate the causes and ,methods of prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in patients with maintenance hemodialysis（HD）.Methods：The data of 92 HD patients during the dialysis were analyzed retrospectively on cardiac arrhythmogenesis and its causes.Results：The incidence of arrhythmias in the dialysis patients was 18.34%.The premature ventricular and atria premature beats were common in the arrhythmias events.The risk of arrhythmias correlated with the patient＇s age,hypokalemic of post-hypokalemic,ultrafiltrate volume and anemia,especially cardiac disorder.Conclusion：The causes of arrhythmia in the dialysis patients were various.The arrhythmias during dialysis might be preventive and treatable if the risk factors were positively reduced.
