摘　　要：学生军训工作全面开展以来,出现了许多新情况、新问题。特别是近年来我国高校不断扩大招生规模,学生军训任务越来越重。随着军队精简整编,部队的承训能力又有所下降。试结合我校五年来利用在校国防生独立承担大一新生军训任务所取得的经验以及所遇到的问题,分析了这一新军训形式的可行性,并提出了自己的一些观点。Since military training for college students developed,there have been many new situations and new problems.Especially in recent years,the scale of China＇s colleges and universities expands rapidly,military training missions are increasingly heavy.With the military downsizing and reorganization,the unit’s capacity in military training have declined.This paper combines my school’s experience in five years military training,which take reserve military officers as the military training commanders.As well as the problems encountered,analyze the feasibility of this new form of military training and made some of my own point of view.
