摘 要:本文采用磷钼酸作为催化剂,通过交替直流电解处理,将其担载到炭纤维上,从而促进PAN基炭纤维的石墨化。考察了热处理温度以及电解液中磷钼酸浓度对PAN基炭纤维催化石墨化的影响。催化剂的担载状况、纤维的形貌和结构变化等分别通过能量散射谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和激光拉曼光谱(Raman)等进行分析和表征。结果表明:在磷钼酸和磷酸的水溶液中交替直流电解处理,可以有效地破坏PAN基炭纤维的组织结构,促进催化剂在PAN基炭纤维上的担载和分散,对PAN基炭纤维的石墨化起到了明显的促进的作用,经2400℃热处理2小时后,炭纤维的石墨化度提高至95.3%,Lc达到250。Phosphomolybdic acid used as a catalyst was dispersed into fibers through alternate DC electrolysis to accelerate the catalytic graphitization of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fibers.The effects of the heat treatment temperature and the concentration of phosphomolybdic acid in the electrolyte on catalytic graphitization of PAN-based carbon fibers were investigated.The loading of catalysts and the changes of the fiber morphology and structure were characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy(Raman).The results show that the fiber texture is effectively destroyed and the catalysts are simultaneously dispersed into fibers after being treated by alternate DC electrolysis in H_3PO_4 and H_ 12 PMo_ 12 O_ 40 aqueous solution.The catalytic graphitization of fibers is obviously accelerated.After having been heat treated at 2400℃ for 2h,the graphitization degree of PAN-based carbon fibers is 95.3% and Lc is 250.
