摘  要:蜘蛛丝和聚乳酸都是良好的生物医用材料,以质量分数分别为1%和9%的蜘蛛丝和聚-L-乳酸的混合液为纺丝溶液,通过改进型静电纺丝方法,制备了由定向排列的蜘蛛丝蛋白/聚-L-乳酸复合纳米纤维构成的连续纱线。探讨了蜘蛛丝蛋白含量对纤维直径、纱线线密度及力学性能等的影响,以及纱线的尺寸稳定性和细胞增殖性。研究发现:随着蜘蛛丝蛋白含量的增加,纤维直径从纯PLLA时的1.1μm减小到382nm(含蜘蛛丝蛋白10%),蜘蛛丝蛋白含量4.5%时,纱线强度达到最大值;该纱线在水中尺寸稳定;静电纺PLLA和蜘蛛丝/PLLA复合纤维毡对成纤维细胞具有良好的增殖性,含蜘蛛丝蛋白时,纤维的OD值明显升高。Both spidroin and poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)are good biomaterials.1wt% spider protein and 9wt% Poly-L-lactic acid mixed solution was used as the electrtospinning solution.Continuous filaments constructed of uniaxial aligned nanofibers were obtained by a modified electrospinning method.The relationships between diameter of fiber,linear density,mechanical properties of the as-spun filaments and spidroin content were discussed.The shrinkage in water and cell proliferation were also studied.The results reveal that spidroin effectively enhances the strength,reaches the maximum value when the spider protein content is 4.5%,and also fines the electrospun spidroin /PLLA composite fibers,from 1.1μm(pure PLLA)to 382nm(90%PLLA and 10% spidroin).The bundles have no shrinkage after treating in water.The addition of spider protein obviously increases the cell proliferation between fibroblast cells and as-spun materials and makes an obviously higher OD value than that of pure PLLA fiber mats.
