摘  要:通过失重法、Tafle曲线、交流阻抗等方法研究了聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸钠对铝箔在HCl溶液中的缓蚀作用,并研究了聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸钠对铝箔在HCl溶液中直流扩面增容的影响。结果表明,在2.0mol/L的HCl溶液中,聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸钠对铝箔具有一定的缓蚀作用,两者均属于混合型缓蚀剂,且在铝箔表面吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,为物理吸附;在2.0mol/L的HCl溶液中加入的聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸钠浓度分别达到1.5g/L和2.5g/L时,铝箔的直流扩面增容效果较好,其比电容分别达到986.11μF/cm2和1101.91μF/cm2,比未加入聚乙二醇和聚丙烯酸钠时的比电容分别提高42.8%和59.6%,且失重相对减少。Corrosion inhibition of polyethylene glycol and sodium polyacrylate was studied by weight loss method,Tafel plots and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and the influence of extending surface area of the two polymers on the aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitors was investigated.The results show that the two polymers possess corrosion inhibition function to a certain extent in 2.0mol/L HCl solution,both of them are mixed type inhibitors.The adsorbing properties agree with Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation,which belongs to physical adsorption.The specific surface area of aluminum foil spreaded in 2.0 mol/L HCl solution,and when the concentrations of polyethylene glycol and sodium polyacrylate in etching solution reach to 1.5g/L and 2.5g/L,the specific capacitances of the aluminum foils increase to 986.11μF/cm2 and 1101.91μF/cm2,respectively,increase by 42.8% and 59.6% compare with these without the polymers,moreover weight loss relatively decrease.
