改良Kidner手术治疗先天性副舟骨34例远期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察改良Kidner手术治疗先天性副舟骨的疗效。方法:1985年4月～2003年3月,对34例(55足)先天性副舟骨患者应用改良Kidner手术治疗。结果:所有病人均获随访,随访时间5～21年,平均12年,获得良好疗效。结论:改良Kidner手术是治疗先天性副舟骨的有效方法。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of modified Kidner surgery in treating congenital accessory navicular bone.Methods：From April 1985 to March 2003,34 patients（55 feet）who suffered from congenital accessory navicular bone were treated by modified Kidner surgery.Results：All patients were followed up for 5 to 21 years,with the average of 12 years,and the results were satisfactory.Conclusion：Modified Kidner surgery is an effective method to cure congenital accessory navicular bone.
