长江流域6城市2006—2008年抗抑郁药应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解长江流域6城市2006—2008年抗抑郁药应用状况及变化趋势。方法采用限定日剂量为指标,对长江流域6城市157家医院2006—2008年临床应用的抗抑郁药的数据资料进行统计分析,对用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)进行排序。结果 6城市抗抑郁药的总用药金额逐年增长,在2008年和2007年分别较上一年增长了19.14%和21.68%,总DDDs在2008年和2007年分别较上一年增长了14.85%和17.12%。3年中抗抑郁药各大类药物构成比中,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药(SSRIs)类金额及DDDs占总金额和总DDDs的构成比均超过了50%,在抗抑郁药市场中占主导地位,SSRIs类抗抑郁药帕罗西汀和氟西汀3年来始终居于前列。结论抗抑郁药用量增幅明显,SSRIs类占长江流域6城市抗抑郁药市场主导地位,新型抗抑郁药如度洛西汀等市场前景广阔。AIM To analyze the utilization of antidepressants in hospitals of 6 cities of Yangtze River valley during 2006—2008.METHODS The antidepressants used in 157 hospitals of 6 cities of Yangtze River valley during 2006—2008 were analyzed according to the orders of sum and DDDs.RESULTS The total annual cost of the antidepressants in 2008 and 2007 increased by 19.14% and 21.68% compared to the last year respectively,and the total DDDs of 2008 and 2007 increased by 14.85% and 17.12% respectively.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs） occupied more than 50% of the total sum and DDDs,and paroxetine and fluoxetine ranked the highest places.CONCLUSION The utilization of antidepressants increased obviously.SSRIs occupy the predominant position and the market of the new antidepressants such as duloxeti will develop fast.
