膝关节退行性骨关节病中滑膜改变的MRI表现

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节退行性骨关节病中滑膜改变的MRI表现。材料和方法:回顾性分析20例经手术和关节镜证实的膝关节退行性骨关节病的MRI表现,重点观察其滑膜的改变。结果:MRI表现有关节滑膜水肿20例,关节积液20例,关节滑膜增生13例,滑膜增生骨化1例,滑膜性关节游离体1例。结论:在膝关节退行性骨关节病中,关节滑膜的改变是其重要的表现之一,其在MRI上可得到良好的显示,对临床治疗有重要价值。Objective：To study the MR imaging of the synovium changes in knee joints with degenerative osteoarthrosis.Methods：The MRI findings were retrospectively analyzed in 20 patients with degenerative osteoarthrosis in knee joints confirmed by operation finding and arthroscopy.The synovium changes were mainly studied.Results：Edema of synovium was found in 20 cases,hydrarthrosis in 20 cases,proliferation of synovium in 13 cases,ossification of synovium in 1 case,synovial joint body in 1 case.Conclusion：The synovium changes were important manifestations in the degenerative osteoarthrosis of the knee joints and it could be clearly demonstrated by MR examination and is of important value in management of degenerative osteoarthrosis in knee joints.
