摘 要:以气雾化316L型奥氏体不锈钢粉末为原料,采用粉浆浇注法制备薄壁多孔不锈钢滤管,研究了粉浆制备过程中,母液成分、添加剂含量与配比、温度和pH值、粉末粒径、液固比等因素对粉浆流动性、浇注工艺性、生坯密度及烧结坯材过滤性能的影响。实验确定了最佳的粉浆配制方案:在蒸馏水中加入3%的聚乙烯醇、0.5%的藻肮酸钠,加热拌匀后缓冷至室温。将母液与不锈钢粉末混合后,加入适量(约0.5%)正辛醇除气,用滴定剂调节粉浆pH值至10,充分搅拌后得到均匀的悬浮粉浆。Taking air atomized AISI316L stainless steel powder as raw materials, thin-wall porous stainless steel filter was prepared by slurry-casting. The effects of parameters, such as ingredient of mother liquor, addictive content and ratio, temperature and pH value, powder grain size and solid-liquid ratio of slurry on the fluidity of slurry, casting properties, green density and filterability of sintered filter were studied. The best procedure for slurry preparation was established: 3% PVA and 0.5% sodium alginate is added into distilled water, mother liquor is slowly cooled down to the room temperature after heating and stirring. Through mixing stainless steel powder with mother liquid, adding modest (about 0.5%) octanol to remove air bubbles and adjusting pH value to 10 using titrant, the uniform fluidized slurry can be obtained.
