摘  要:合理控制抱辊运动,是科学进行径轴双向轧制工艺设计和环件轧制过程三维有限元模拟必须解决的关键问题。以环轧过程中环件瞬时外径变化规律为基础,建立了抱辊运动轨迹的计算方法,并引入ABAQUS/Explicit商用软件,完成了GH4169合金环件双向轧制过程数值模拟和相关试验验证;对比分析了有抱辊作用与无抱辊作用下环件变形过程。结果表明,采用所提出的方法能很好地控制抱辊运动,得到椭圆度很小的环件,从而为有效控制难变形材料环件质量奠定了基础。An appropriate control method of guide rolls is a key to a scientific design and a successful 3D-FE simulation of radial/axial ring rolling process. The calculation method of guide rolls locus was presented based on the instantaneous outer diameter. Incorporating this approach, the numerical simulation of radial / axial ring rolling of GH4169 alloy was completed under the ABAQUS/Explicit environment, and the method was validated by experiment. In addition, the simulation results of radial / axial ring rolling process with and without guide rolls were compared. The results indicate that the guide rolls can be controlled and the rolled ring with a relative small ovality can be obtained using the proposed method.
