摘　　要：制备了HT200和HT150两种牌号灰口铸铁抗拉试样并进行了拉伸试验。通过对强度值进行Weibull统计分析以及对试样的石墨形态的观察分析,认为灰口铸铁的脆性表现主要在于片状石墨的切割作用;片状石墨的不均匀分布是造成灰口铸铁抗拉强度值分散的主要原因。The Weibull statistics was adapted to analyze the tensile strength distribution of two kinds of grey cast iron HT200 and HTI50, and the distribution and morphology of graphite in samples were analyzed. The results show that the brittleness of the cast iron derives the cutting action of flake graphite, the inhomogeneous distribution of flake graphite in the cast iron is the chief reason of the scatter strength of cast iron.
