复方硼砂溶液作为氧气湿化液的研究

摘　　要：用复方硼砂溶液作为氧气湿化液可有效降低湿化液的带菌率，并可延长更换时间。通过不同湿化液对小鼠呼吸系统的吸氧实验，结果显示：复方硼砂溶液在减少炎症方面优于０．９％氯化钠或５０％乙醇溶液，而且对支气管和肺不造成任何病理性改变。经临床应用证明，该溶液抑菌作用确实，对病人无害，对预防院内感染具有重要意义。The Carrier rate of bacteria in Oxygen humidification Solution and durable time were studied in animal experiment.The result of diferenthumidification Solutions acting on the respiratory system of the mice during Oxygen intake displayed:Compound natrium biboricum solutions had better effect on decreasing inflammation than the 0.9% sodium chloride and the 50% alcohol solutions,and it did not result in any pathological changes to the bronchui and lung.Clinical applications proved that the effect of CNB bacteriostasis is sure.It is harmless to the patient,and it is significiant to the cross infection in hospital.
