深圳市外来劳务工人A群、C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平检测及分析

摘　　要：目的利用横断面基线调查深圳市外来劳务工人血清中A群和C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)水平,为外来劳务工人流脑防控提供依据。方法抽取深圳市罗湖区、龙岗区、宝安区3个监测点,每个监测点选择50人份以上,3个监测点共选择1003人,采用间接ELESA法(定量)检测血清中抗A群和C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体效价。结果共检测1003份血清标本,外来劳务工人A群和C群流脑抗体平均滴度分别为10.78μg/ml、2.71μg/ml。A群和C群流脑血清抗体保护率分别为93.7%、64.8%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄组、不同籍贯外来劳务工人A群流脑抗体保护率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳市外来劳务工人C群流脑抗体保护率明显低于A群,为了预防可能存在的流脑C群流行和暴发,提示应加强外来劳务工C群流脑多糖疫苗免疫接种。Objective To determine the level of anti-Neisseria meningitis antibody in foreign laborers by using the cross-sectional survey and provide evidence for epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis prevention and control. Methods 1 003 serum specimens were collected from three various districts of Shenzhen. Antibodies against the serogroup A and C were detected by ELISA. Results The level of IgG type anti-serogroup A and anti-serogroup C was 10.78 μg / ml and 2.71 μg / ml,respectively. The protection rate of anti-serogroup A and anti-serogroup C was 93.7% and 64.8%,respectively. The level of anti-serogroup A antibody was significantly different from the serogroup C （P0.01）. The protection rate of anti-serogroup A was also significantly different among the various age groups （P0.01）. Depends on the origin of their home city,the level of protective anti-serogroup A antibody in the laborers was also varied （P0.05）. Conclusion The level of protective anti-serogroup C antibody was much lower than the anti-serogroup A antibody among the foreign laborers in Shenzhen. In order to prevent the epidemic and outbreak of meningitis,we should strengthen the preventive measures and provide immunization of serogroup C meningococcal polysaccharide to the foreign laborers.
