2005-2007年重庆市万州区血吸虫病及相关因素监测结果分析

摘  要:目的了解三峡库区万州段血吸虫病及其潜在流行因素,为制定库区血吸虫病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法根据《全国血吸虫病疫情监测方案》要求,在2005-2007年间选择重庆市万州区全国血吸虫病监测点区域内,开展血吸虫病疫情监测及血吸虫病潜在流行因素钉螺与家畜感染输入情况的监测。结果本地居民无血吸虫病例报告,居民血吸虫病血清抗体阳性检出率为0.78%,外出疫区返乡人员血清抗体阳性检出率为2.10%,疫区来万州人员血清抗体阳性检出率为1.97%。在万州段港口码头、船坞、沟壑、洲滩以及水生动植物的饲养繁殖场所开展钉螺输入调查,调查结果发现库区存在钉螺输入因素,但暂未发现有钉螺输入。库区117份牛血清IHA检测结果均为阴性。结论重庆三峡库区万州段存在着潜在血吸虫病输入传染源和血吸虫病流行的相关因素,三峡成库后的生态环境变化及居民生产生活习惯为血吸虫病的传播提供了有利条件,提示应重点加强监测与防控。Objective To analyze the endemic situation and potential prevalent factors for schistosomiasis transmission and provide the scientific evidence for establishing the control measures in Wanzhou district in Three Gorges Reservoir areas. Methods According to the national surveillance protocol of schistosomiasis,surveillance was continuously carried out in Wanzhou district from 2005 to 2007. The Oncomelania snails,imported case of schistosomiasis and livestock were surveyed. Results The serum positive rate of local inhabitant was 0.78%. The serum positive rate of floating people returning from schistosomisis endemic areas and the people from endemic areas were 1.88% and 1.97%,respectively. There was no Oncomelania snail in the dock,gully and beach. None of the 117 sera of cattle collected from the areas was positive by IHA. One imported case was found in 2006. Conclusion There were few potential risk factors for schistosomiasis transmission in Wanzhou district in the Three Gorges Reservoir Areas.
