摘 要:针对大批量定制生产模式下零部件重用的需求,提出了对分类编码的新要求;以分类特性为核心,论述了零部件通用分类编码过程;阐述了零部件ABC分析、名称分析和分类特性提取、确定类和类层次、构建多重分类树等各步骤的目的及具体操作内容,提出了基于语义关系的零部件分类模型;给出了满足大批量定制需求的编码方案;并结合某柴油机制造企业零部件的实际数据,采用上述步骤,提出了具有可操作性的零部件通用分类编码方法。基于J2EE平台开发了一套分类编码系统,辅助实现多重分类树的构建及编码方案的实施。实践表明,该方法实现了设计重用,简化了配置/变型设计中的检索过程,提高了设计人员的工作效率。In order to meet the reusing requirements of mass customization(MC) ,the new demands of the parts classification and coding are proposed. Focusing on classification characteristics,the general process of parts classification and coding is discussed,such as data pretreatment,extraction of classification characteristics,definition of class and class hierarchy,and construction of multiple classification tree. The aim and the operation contents of all steps are described in detail. Based on the semantic relation,the classification model of parts is presented. The coding scheme is analyzed to meet the requirements of mass customization. Combined with the actual data in manufacturing enterprise,the operational and general method of parts classification and coding is achieved. The classification and coding system is developed on the basis of J2EE,which assists to construct the multiple classification tree and implement the coding scheme. The practice shows that the method realizes design reuse,simplifies retrieval process during configuration design and variation design and improves designer's work efficiency.
