摘　　要：目的：建立去氢表雄酮片剂的含量测定方法。方法：以１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ１溴化钾－１８％盐酸（１∶１，Ｖ／Ｖ）为电解液，在阳极上与溴发生加成反应进行库仑滴定。结果：去氢表雄酮与一分子溴反应，其反应电子数ｎ为２。结论：本法简便、快速，且不受辅料干扰。Objective:A method for the determination of dehydroepian drosterone(DHEA)in tablets is described.Methods:It is by coulometric titration which is carried out in the electrolytic solution of 1mol·L KBr-18% hydrochloric acid (1∶1, V/V ).Results:Bromine is generated at the anode and DHEA reacts with bromine to give an n value of 2.Conclusions:This method is simple and rapid.It can be operated without interference of excipient.
