盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合洛索洛芬钠治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合洛索洛芬钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法采用前瞻性随机对照设计,随机分为盐酸氨基葡萄糖组,洛索洛芬钠组以及氨基葡萄糖与洛索洛芬钠联合组,各组66例。采用Lequesne指数作为疗效评分标准,观察3组治疗前后的膝关节临床变化,纪录不良反应及实验室生化指标等,并作统计学分析。结果经过12个月治疗观察,治疗后6周、3个月中,联合组与洛索洛芬钠组症状改善明显,以联合组最佳,氨基葡萄糖组症状改善缓慢,关节评分较前两组差(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,联合组与氨基葡萄糖组评分持续下降,但以联合组为甚,两组与治疗前比较差异均有极显著性(P<0.01),且联合组优于氨基葡萄糖组(P<0.05),而洛索洛芬钠组变化不明显(P>0.05)。3组的不良反应率分别为4.82%、6.56%和6.35%,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖和洛索洛芬钠治疗膝骨性关节炎有很好的疗效,且安全性良好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with loxoprofen sodium for knee osteoarthritis. Methods A prospective randomized control trial was conducted. All patients were divided into 3 groups： glucosamine hydrochloride group, loxoprofen sodium group, and combining group in which patients were treated with glucosamine and loxoprofen sodium, with 66 patients in each group. The average Lequesne arthritis index score was used to assess the efficacy. We observed the clinical manifestations pre- and postoperatively, and recorded the adverse effects and laboratory parameters for statistical analysis. Results 6 weeks and 3 months into the treatment, combining group and loxoprofen sodium group showed big improvements. The former had the best efficacy. The glucosamine hydrochloride group showed slow improvements. The scoring of joint was lower than the others （P〈0.05）. 6 months after treatment, the score of the combining group and the glucosamine hydrochloride group kept dropping, and the former was dropping faster. All patients have significantly improved post-operatively. The combining group even showed better results （P〈0.01）. While the loxoprofen sodium group showed the same efficacy （P〉0.05）. The adverse effect rate was 4.82%, 6.56% and 6.35% respectively （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Glueosamine hydrochloride combined with loxoprofen sodium can achieve better results and safety.
