6种血清的醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳分析

摘　　要：在相同的实验条件下,采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳,分析了人和5种动物(鸡、牛、兔、羊与猪)血清的蛋白组分,结果表明,人和兔血清的电泳图谱为5条带,从正极到负极分别为清蛋白和α1,α2,β,γ球蛋白;鸡、牛和羊血清的电泳图谱为4条带,从正极到负极分别为清蛋白和α,β,γ球蛋白;猪血清的电泳图谱为3条带,从正极到负极分别为清蛋白,α与β球蛋白混合带,γ球蛋白。且不同种类血清相对应条带的带宽、着色深浅也不同。说明不同动物血清蛋白组分与含量存在差异。6 kinds of serum（human, rabbit, chicken, cattle, sheep, pig）, under the same conditions, were separated by cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis. From positive to negative, there were 5 strips （Albumin,α1-globulin,α2-globulin, β-globulin and γ-globulin）in respective electrophoresis maps of human and rabbit’s serum; there were 4 strips（Albumin, α-globulin,β-globulin and γ-globulin）in respective electrophoresis maps ofchicken,cattle and sheep’s serum;there were 3 strips（Albumin,α and β-mixed globulin and γ-globulin）in electrophoresis map of pig’s serum, and the corresponding strips of different types of serum were different in band-width and band-color depth. The results showed that there were difference among the 6 kinds of serum’s protein components and contents.
