摘  要:采用PCR-SSCP法检测了96只荆江麻鸭A-FABP基因内含子2的多态性,并对基因多态性与屠体性状进行关联分析。结果发现,本试验群体中检测到AA、AB和BB 3种基因型,其中AA、BB基因型频率相同,均为0.2083,A、B等位基因频率均为0.5000,群体该多态位点处于Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡状态。最小二乘分析结果显示,荆江麻鸭A-FABP基因内含子2多态位点AA基因型个体活重、腿肌率和瘦肉率显著高于BB基因型(P<0.05),皮脂率显著低于BB基因型(P<0.05)。初步推断,A-FABP基因可作为影响荆江麻鸭皮脂性状的候选基因(标记),其中基因型AA为有利基因型。Polymorphism of A-FABP gene intron-2 was identified by PCR-SSCP method in 96 Jingjiang partridge ducks,and association of polymorphism with carcass traits were investigated. Three genotypes AA,BB and AB were detected,in which the same genotype frequency of 0.2083 was found between AA and BB. Allele A and B had the same frequency of 0.5000. Fit of goodness test result showed that the polymorphic locus was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Least square analysis results showed that ducks with AA genotype had more huge body weight,leg muscle rate and lean percentage than those of BB (P〈0.05),whereas ducks with AA genotype had more less subcutaneous fat rate than those of BB (P〈0.05). It was concluded that A-FABP gene could be regarded as useful candidate gene (marker)for subcutaneous fat trait of Jingjiang partridge duck,in which AA was considered as advantageous genotype.
