企业自主创新支持系统脆性结构模型的构建研究——基于系统失效的危机视角

摘　　要：我国现有的创新资源数量已经相当庞大,但科技发展水平和质量与发达国家依然相差甚远,科技竞争力尤其是企业自主创新能力也在不断下降。造成这一问题的根源,在于我国企业自主创新支持系统的失效。基于系统失效的危机视角,根据复杂系统脆性理论,构建了由外部脆性环境输入和系统内部结构组成的企业自主创新支持系统脆性结构模型。在此基础上,分析了企业自主创新支持系统脆性结构模型的形成机理及其与系统失效危机的逻辑关系。Enterprise independent innovation supporting system is a complex system composed of many subsystems.Based on brittleness theory of complex system,it constructs the enterprise independent innovation supporting system model for brittle structure,which is composed of the brittleness environment from the external input and the system internal structure（based on the perspective of systemic risk）.On this basis,it analyzes the formation mechanism of enterprise innovation support system model for brittle structural and its logic relationship with the crisis of system failure.
